How they work:
Sprinkler systems are automatic systems for fire suppression. They detect, warn, control and get to extinguish certain types of fires that have begun, before they grow and become uncontrollable. The principle by which the sprinklers work is as simple as insurance.
The sprinkler is installed following a distribution in the areas to be protected. If as a result of a fire surrounding, the temperature increases above the tare of the sprinkler , the sprinkler opens and water is discharged only in the fire area. At the same time, the system notifies alarm operation.
When the fire has been extinguished, used sprinklers are exchanged for new ones and the system is ready for operating again.

In gas systems, the discharge is automatically caused by the detection of fire, but can be activated manually. Any fan or air conditioner will stop simultaneously, ventilation hatches and doors will close to prevent the escape of air and / or gas extinguisher agent, avoiding to lose its capacity for action.
